How to order.

When ordering, tell the manager the article of the selected product.
2. In the online store using the shopping cart and contact form.
- After choosing the product you like, place it in the “Basket” by clicking on the green “Add to basket” button.
- When the choice of products is finished, go to the “Basket” (in the upper right corner), and fill out the contact form.
- In the contact form, you must specify the Name and Contact phone – MANDATORY, the remaining fields are filled in – optional.
- After placing an order through the “Basket”, our manager will contact you.
Payment.
1. Cash payment – to be made upon receipt of the goods at the delivery address (only for Kyiv) or upon pickup from our store at the address: Kyiv, Stepan Bandery Avenue 8 building 16 (mandatory check with the manager). Payment is made exclusively in national currency. As proof of payment, we issue you a sales receipt.
2. Transfer to Privat Bank card – You can pay for the goods through the system “Privat24”, via Privat Bank branch or Privat bank”.
- 3. Cash on delivery – order the lamp you like and pay for it upon receipt. Details are agreed with the manager when ordering.
Shipping< /span>.
1. Delivery in Kyiv – free of charge, when ordering from 8000 UAH. Self-pickup, or sending by courier service (advance payment – 20%).
2. Delivery in the cities of Ukraine – carried out by Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery of orders is calculated based on the tariffs of the carrier.
Buyer pays for shipping.
All details are discussed with the manager at the time of order.
3. Pickup –You can pick up the order at our pick-up point at the address: Kyiv, Stepana Bandery Avenue 8 building 16. The time of the visit is negotiated with the manager at the time of the order.
